Who is Derrick?
I’m Derrick Gathirimu, the person behind Grow With Derrick. My background spans sales leadership, digital sales, marketing management and training—including roles at True Payment Solutions, Bismart Insurance and 20x Entrepreneurs.
I started this practice to give smaller businesses something more useful than another motivational workshop: hands-on help building the landing pages, automations, lead tracking, sales routines and content systems that make growth easier to manage.
You are a solo owner, single salesperson or team of fewer than 15. Leads exist, but follow-up, visibility or consistent execution keeps slipping.
I am most useful when you want somebody to diagnose the leak and help build the actual fix—not just present slides and disappear into the sunset.

How I help
You probably do not need more random tactics. You need the right problem solved in the right order.
Choose the right buyers, sharpen the offer and focus the next 90 days on work that can actually move revenue.
Track every lead, next action and follow-up without the owner becoming the company reminder app.
Turn useful content and campaigns into qualified conversations, then connect them to a follow-up process your team can see.
How we work
We look past the noise and identify what is really slowing growth.
We turn the answer into a practical process your team can use.
We coach, review and improve until the new way becomes the normal way.
Ways to work together
Choose the level that matches what you know today. If you are unsure, start with the free diagnostic—no heroic commitment required.
A focused 45-minute working session, diagnosis of the main revenue leak and a short written action plan with your three most useful priorities.
Ask about this →Seven to ten working days fixing one clearly defined problem, such as lead tracking, pipeline cleanup, a follow-up process, a basic email journey or one sales workflow. Includes review and handover.
Fix one problem →Four to eight weeks building one complete system, including the required CRM setup, landing pages, automation, reporting or team adoption support.
Discuss the full build →Published prices apply to qualifying Kenyan businesses. Regional and international engagements are quoted separately. Ongoing support is available by invitation after a completed sprint.
After the Revenue Review
You receive the diagnosis first. Then we decide whether you can fix it internally, need one contained fix, need a complete system or should leave it alone for now. There is no obligation to continue.
We identify the three most useful priorities and the commercial reason each one matters.
A KES 20,000 Revenue Fix Sprint handles one contained priority when advice alone is not enough but a full system would be excessive.
KES 40,000–60,000 applies when the solution needs a complete workflow, multiple components, automation, reporting or team adoption support.
Free and genuinely useful
Work backwards from your revenue goal, choose your next 90-day priority or write a follow-up message that sounds human.

How I think
Three short notes, two practical downloads and absolutely no request to admire a 47-slide framework.
If sales stop when you rest, the process is relying on memory and rescue missions.
