What I collect
When you use a score, diagnostic, calculator, download, quote form or Ask Derrick, I may collect the details you choose to give me: your name, email, business name, optional phone number, answers, results and messages. I also record useful journey details such as the page, button or campaign that brought you in.
Why I use it
I use this information to deliver your result or resource, remember your details so you do not keep typing them, tailor recommendations and quotes, improve the website, and follow up with useful emails connected to what you asked for. I may send newsletters or relevant offers; every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
Analytics, advertising and cookies
Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel stay off until you choose “Yes” in the website banner. If you agree, they help me understand useful pages, connect Facebook and Instagram campaigns to website actions, measure results and build relevant advertising audiences. Meta may receive page views and selected events such as completing the Revenue Engine Score, a diagnostic, a resource form or a quote request. I do not send form answers, email addresses or phone numbers through the browser pixel. You can say no and still use the site. Essential browser storage may remember your contact details, calculator progress and privacy choice so the tools work smoothly.
Who helps run the site
I use trusted service providers only where needed: OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for hosting and security, Resend for email delivery, Google Analytics for site measurement, and Meta for Facebook and Instagram campaign measurement and advertising—only when you consent. They process information under their own security and privacy terms. I do not sell your personal information.
How long I keep it
Lead, assessment and conversation records are normally kept for up to 24 months after your last interaction, unless an active client relationship or legal duty needs a longer period. If you unsubscribe, I keep the minimum email suppression record needed to respect that choice.
Your choices
You can decline optional analytics and advertising tracking in the website banner. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your information, withdraw marketing consent, or ask a privacy question. Security
The site uses encrypted HTTPS connections, restricted dashboard access, server-side secrets, request limits and browser security controls. No online system is perfect, but information is collected sparingly and protected with practical safeguards.
