Sales training works when it is attached to the team’s real deals, process and manager. Generic confidence is pleasant. Better discovery, follow-up and conversion are easier to invoice.

Train the moment that is breaking

Listen to calls, review lost deals and inspect stage conversion. Choose the skill causing the biggest leak: qualification, discovery, value explanation, proposal control, negotiation or follow-up.

Practise using actual customer situations. Give the team one behaviour to use immediately. Then review the evidence weekly: calls, next actions, stage movement and outcomes.

Include the manager

Managers need simple coaching questions and a dashboard. Without reinforcement, the team returns to the familiar method—especially when targets become noisy.

The best programme combines training with scripts, process changes, CRM habits and live coaching. That turns a good day in a room into a better way of selling.
