Your weekly numbers should help you act. Start with new qualified leads, lead-to-meeting conversion, proposals sent, win rate and average time to the next step.
Read them as a story
Low leads points upstream to demand. Plenty of meetings but few proposals suggests fit or discovery. Many proposals but few wins points to value, decision process or follow-up. Slow movement usually means ownership and next steps are vague.
Do not compare every week to your best week ever. Use a rolling view and look for patterns.
Attach an action
Every metric needs an owner and a response. If the number changes, what will you investigate? If nobody knows, it is decoration.
The purpose of measurement is not to prove the business is busy. It is to find the next useful conversation.
