Most growth plans do not suffer from a lack of ideas. They suffer from ideas arriving faster than decisions.

Choose three things

Name the customer you will prioritise, the problem you will solve and the number you want to move in the next 90 days. Then write what you are deliberately not doing.

That final list is strategy. The attractive opportunities you decline protect the useful work you chose.

Connect strategy to Friday

A 90-day priority needs one number to watch, one person in charge and a Friday check-in. Otherwise it is wall art with a deadline.

Use the 360° Diagnostic if you are unsure whether the constraint sits in strategy, leadership, sales, marketing or systems. Fixing the wrong area very efficiently is still fixing the wrong area.
